Integrative Services and Friendly Staff
We specialize in providing routine veterinary services with a holistic twist.
What does that mean exactly?
It means if there's a natural therapy that can treat your pet with fewer side effects and a history of effectiveness in our 37 years of practice, we'll take that approach every time.
We focus heavily on preventative care, so that you can avoid many of the common health problems that tend to develop in dogs and cats.
Below, you can learn more about our unique philosophy on many conventional treatments and how we're different than many other veterinary clinics out there.
Here's how we're different:
Vaccinations
Allergy Treatments
Nutritional Consults
Prescription Medications
Parvo and Dehydration
Photonic Therapy
Meet the Staff
Patty: Reception
I'm a native Oklahoman who loves animals! I have a long history of volunteering at the OKC Zoo, Deans Advisory Board at OSU Veterinary School, and Therapy Dogs International. Eight years ago, I decided to retire and it didn't stick! I've been working with Dr. Wood ever since. When I'm not at the clinic, I spend my free time practicing photography and enjoying the company of my German Shepherds (2 of whom are therapy dogs).
Lynda: Reception
I've known Dr. Wood for over 30 years and have worked at his clinic for over 18. Animals are my world! I've owned dogs and cats my entire life, and I'm so excited to have a job where I get to work with them all day. Hope to see you on your next visit to the clinic!
Jamie: Reception
Born and raised here in Mustang, Oklahoma, I've been a part of Mustang Veterinary Hospital since 1998. For 18 years we offered grooming services and I was our groomer. Now, I help out as a receptionist and I absolutely love it! Getting to interact with clients and their pets each and every day makes me so happy :) I also really enjoy OKC Thunder basketball and playing with my cat, Ziggy. (Who thinks he's a dog and loves to play fetch!)
